Outpatient Clinic

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center Family Medicine Center and Residency is centrally located in Bangor and shares a building with several of our network’s specialists, including ophthalmology, ENT, allergy, urgent care, phlebotomy, an imaging suite, among many others. Our clinic has 38 patient care rooms (half of which are equipped with OMM tables), two dedicated procedure rooms (although all patient encounter rooms have more than enough space for most minor procedures), a basic point-of-care laboratory, and a group visit room. We have dedicated team nurses and medical assistants with whom you will work very closely, as well as a robust front desk staff to process referrals, insurance, medical records, and more. On staff, we have a nurse practitioner, a midwife, a strong group of behavioral specialists (licensed clinical social workers and a PSyD), a care manager, community health workers and a clinical pharmacist. We provide essential services to our patients like, lifestyle groups, diabetes counselling and groups, wound care, respiratory assessment clinics, procedure clinics (including minor surgery), colposcopy and endometrial biopsy, skin clinic, acupuncture, OMM clinics (including for pregnancy), medication assisted treatment, among many others.
