Indirect Patient Care Roles

These volunteers provide essential behind-the-scenes assistance that keeps programs and hospital operations running smoothly. Perfect for individuals who enjoy organization, customer service, or office support.

Examples include:

  • Reception and welcome desk support
  • Filing, data entry, and phone assistance • Project coordination and department support
