E-mail a Patient

E-mails received prior to 10 am, Monday - Friday, will be delivered that afternoon by one of our Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center volunteers. E-mails received on the weekend or on a holiday will be delivered on the next business day.

Please note, since our volunteers will be viewing and printing these e-mail messages, confidential or inappropriate messages should not be sent. We are also unable to print any e-mail attachments. We regret that messages sent to patients who have been discharged from the hospital cannot be delivered or forwarded.

If you would like to send a card, flowers, balloons or a gift, the Gift Shop is open 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 4 pm Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday. You can contact them by calling 207.973.8299. Telephone and special orders are available. The Gift Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We deliver throughout the Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center State Street campus.
