The Birth Journey Workshop is a free class offered monthly from 6-8 pm. Click on date of the class you would like to attend below to register for it.
Please click here to view the Pampers Childbirth Education video series. Combined, the videos are approximately 90 minutes long. You can view them at your leisure prior to your virtual class date. One of our Birthplace rooms will be shown during the class. If you are planning to breastfeed, it is also a great introduction to breastfeeding basics.
