Diabetes-187138955-(1).jpgWE ARE MOVING LOCATIONS: We will be moving from our current location at 155 Fore River Parkway in Portland to 195 Fore River Parkway. We will begin seeing patients in the new location on Monday, July 25. While we will remain on the same campus, our practice will now be located in the medical office building on the other side of the hospital. Click here to see a map of the campus and where the new location of the practice will be (building “B” on the map) starting July 25.

The Mattina R. Proctor Diabetes Center works closely with patients and healthcare providers to empower individuals to become knowledgeable, active participants in their own healthcare. The center’s outpatient education program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting the national standards for diabetes self-management education.

Endocrinology Care: Dr. Wesley Fairfield, a board-certified and Harvard trained endocrinologist, focuses on the treatment of a wide variety of endocrine disorders using the latest therapies. His clinical interests include thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, and pituitary disorders. Additional information on the wide range of endocrinology services that we provide can be found below or by clicking here.

Diabetes Care: To bring diabetes care closer to our patients, we’ve integrated our diabetes management services into our primary care network by providing onsite certified diabetes educators at all Northern Light Mercy Primary Care offices. Through this integration, we offer comprehensive education, consultation, and follow-up care for adults with a diagnosis of diabetes, gestational diabetes, or pre-diabetes. Find the primary care location closest to you here, or call our office for more information.
