What is the right care location for you? You have options—Primary Care, Virtual Walk-in Care, or the Emergency Department.
If it’s something that you believe needs urgent attention, such as a life-threatening injury or illness, please go to the Emergency Department as soon as possible. If it’s not an urgent need, contact your primary care practitioner (PCP) first, even after-hours, because an on-call practitioner will be able to assist you. Virtual Walk-In Care is another option for easy access to healthcare for non-urgent needs.
