For your first day of work

On your first day of work you will meet with a human resource representative. You will be provided with comprehensive information regarding your upcoming employment with us. Information regarding date, time, and location for your first day of work is available in your offer letter.


To know for your first day of work

  • Dress-code is business casual.

  • The facility is scent-free.


To bring with you on your first day of work

  • Bring an appropriate form of identification to prove employment eligibility (Federal I-9 form). Failure to provide appropriate documentation within your first three days of work will result in termination of employment.

  • Bring direct deposit information: Bank routing and account numbers. You must complete direct deposit information during your first week of work.  

  • If you have any additional certifications (not required by law), please bring copies with you.


For your first week of work

  • You will receive an Information Systems access form containing information regarding your network access and Employee Self Service. 

  • Employee Self Service can only be accessed from Wednesday at noon to Monday at noon each week.

  • By Friday of your first week, you must enter your direct deposit and W4 tax withholdings into Employee Self Service. You may be removed from the work schedule if not complete.

  • Your supervisor will provide information on corporate email. Please be sure to check email regularly.
