Pre-placement evaluation before you start working for Northern Light Health
Since successful completion of the pre-placement examination is a condition of employment, you will not be paid or otherwise compensated for attending the pre-placement examination. Employment status is still contingent upon the satisfactory results of your background check. Employment status may be void or subject to change pending the outcome of these screenings/evaluations.
Your pre-placement examination will be scheduled on the date and time listed in your offer letter.
To know for your pre-placement examination

Dress business casual as you may have your badge photo taken at this appointment.

If you are new to Northern Light Health, your pre-placement examination will include a drug screen. Please be sure to drink plenty of fluids before this appointment. This drug screen includes testing for multiple substances including THC (marijuana).

Bring an official photo ID to this appointment. (driver’s license, state ID, passport)

Bring a completed copy of your health history form

NOTE: Failure to provide timely immunization information or follow immunization titer instructions received at your Occupational Health visit will delay your start date!
