Penquis Valley Dine & Discuss: A conversation about youth mental health and wellness

The Positive Action Team and Northern Light Mayo Hospital invite teens and their parents to join them for a discussion about mental health and wellness in our student body on Friday, March 24, 2023, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Milo Town Office, 6 Pleasant Street, Milo.
 
Topics discussed will include overall mental health and wellness of our student body, red flags to look out for, and the results of the Maine Integrated Youth Health Survey.
 
There is no cost to attend. Dinner and a $20 gas card (one per family) will be offered.
