Vice President of Nursing & Patient Care Services, and Nursing Informatics Officer of Northern Light Home Care & Hospice
Leah Gordon, RN, BSN is the vice president of Nursing & Patient Care Services, and the NIO for Northern Light Home Care & Hospice.
Leah is responsible for the day-to-day operations of home health and hospice services across all regions served by Northern Light Health.
Leah found her passion for home health and hospice following work in the interventional cardiac setting when she realized that teaching patients how to manage their illness was her calling.
In her spare time, Leah supports the Girls Scouts and the Community Theater in the Gorham area.
Prior to joining Northern Light Home Care & Hospice in 1998, she worked at Maine Medical Center and at Brighton Medical Center during its last year of operation. Since joining the company, Leah has held several positions including evenings and on call coverage, clinical case management, intake and scheduling coordination, and clinical supervision. In 2008, Leah was selected to lead the quality initiatives at the organization and soon became the vice president of Quality and Clinical Informatics.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Westbrook College (now the University of New England)
