Update: Unplanned Network Downtime

Saturday our computer monitoring systems revealed that some of our computer servers had been compromised. None of the affected servers contain patient information, however out of an abundance of caution we made the decision to take our patient records systems offline and use downtime procedures while we investigate what happened and implement any remedial measures. Our teams have worked around the clock this weekend to conduct a thorough review of our servers and ensure they are in working order. We are continuing this work and are pleased to share our electronic medical record went back online this afternoon. This has been a big job, and our focus, as always, continues to be patient safety and privacy.
  • Our hospitals remain open and ready to care for our patients, and most of our services continue uninterrupted.
  • Unless you have been contacted directly, any appointments you have are still scheduled - your care team will be ready to see you as planned. 
  • Please understand, while the electronic medical record is up and running, routine processes may still be slower than normal. Please have patience as we return to our full operational state.
