Rapid test locations. Please make sure to bring your badge. The following situations qualify for a rapid test:

MINOR symptoms only, no exposures. Minor symptoms include headache, nausea, body ache. Providing your test is negative, you will need to fill out the online attestation form (https://northernlighthealth.org/negativetestaftersymptoms) prior to returning to work. Infection Prevention will reach out to you to make sure your next test is coordinated.
