'You are not alone' is the message Amanda shares about her postpartum mental health journey after having her daughter in 2014. She experienced postpartum depression, anxiety, and psychosis. As a result, she is passionate about getting women who are experiencing perinatal mood disorders the resources and help they need to get better.

Join Amanda in an upcoming Maternal Health Disorders Awareness Walk called Climb Out of the Darkness on Saturday, June 24 at North Street Park in Waterville from 3 to 5 pm. Activities include a walk, yoga, kid activities, snacks, giveaways, and more. Learn more about this event at https://www.facebook.com/Climbcentralmaine.

Amanda also facilitates our Tree of HOPE Perinatal Support Group, which is free, open to the public, and meets every Wednesday. Learn more at https://northernlighthealth.org/InlandTreeofHOPE.
