Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services for Northern Light Inland Hospital

Courtney-Cook-cropped.jpgCourtney Cook, MSN, RN, is the vice president of Nursing and Patient Care Services for Northern Light Inland Hospital. 

She is responsible for Nursing Services (includes Ambulatory, Surgical, Emergency, Acute Care Unit, Birthing), Quality, Risk Management, Infusion, Rehabilitation, Volunteer services, and partnership oversight with Lab and Care Management. 

Cook believes in creating a culture and environment of safety and quality for both patients and employees, and empowering staff to do whatever is necessary to provide the best experience possible for patients and families.

Cook is a board member of Delta Ambulance, Maine EMS-C (Maine Emergency Medical Service-Children Advisory Council), MFIMR (Maine Maternal, Fetal, Infant Mortality Review Panel), and Winslow Fire Quality Oversight Board.

Cook has been with Inland Hospital since 2000, starting as a staff nurse in the Emergency Department, then taking on leadership roles as director of Birthing and director of Quality, before becoming vice president. She became the vice president of Nursing and Patient Care Services at Inland Hospital in 2022.
