Many patients are referred to us each year for management of blood-related disorders. Coming to a center with cancer in its name can be intimidating. We want to assure you that if you've been referred to us for a blood-related concern, it does not mean that you have a cancer diagnosis. If your provider had a concern about the possibility of cancer, they would have informed you prior to making the appointment with us.
