Cultivating Connections: Join the Staying Connected with Middle School Peers Group Therapy
Fostering Positive Social Interactions
Navigating the middle school years can be a transformative yet challenging experience. Our Staying Connected group therapy provides a supportive platform for students of all genders to come together, connect with their peers, and build meaningful friendships while developing essential social skills.
Empowering Self-Esteem
Led by experienced facilitator Martha Ranger, LCPC, our sessions focus on nurturing self-esteem and cultivating positive self-perception. The goal is to help young individuals not only feel more confident in their interactions but also discover their unique qualities and strengths.
Creating Bonds on Wednesdays
Every Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m., participants in the Staying Connected group therapy will engage in engaging activities, discussions, and exercises that encourage open communication and the development of strong social connections.
Boosting Confidence and Communication
Middle school is a time of growth, self-discovery, and building connections.
