Empowerment and Support: Join Our LGBTQ+IA Youth Therapy Group in Maine

Welcome to our LGBTQ+IA youth therapy group, a safe and inclusive space dedicated to fostering support, empowerment, and growth for young individuals in Grades 9-12 (Ages: 14-18). Our program is designed to provide a welcoming environment where LGBTQ+IA teens can connect, learn, and explore their identities in a supportive community.

Creating a Safe Haven

Navigating the journey of adolescence is unique for every individual, and for LGBTQ+IA teens, it can bring additional challenges and questions. Our LGBTQ+IA youth therapy group offers a safe haven where participants of all genders can come together to share experiences, find support, and discover their true selves.

Peer Support and Empowerment

Led by our experienced facilitator, Tricia Demasky, LCSW, the LGBTQ+IA youth therapy group offers a platform for peer support, psychoeducation, and empowerment. Our sessions focus on fostering healthy relationships, exploring identities, and equipping participants with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the world as LGBTQ+IA individuals.

A Time to Connect and Explore

Every Tuesday from 4-5 p.m., LGBTQ+IA teens have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, connect with peers who share similar experiences, and explore topics that are relevant to their lives. Our supportive environment encourages open dialogue and personal growth.

Promoting Self-Discovery and Acceptance

Our goal is to help LGBTQ+IA youth embrace their identities with pride and confidence. Through peer interactions and guided discussions, participants can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their community, and the unique challenges they may face.

Join Us on Tuesdays, 4-5p.m.

If you're looking for a place where LGBTQ+IA youth can thrive, connect, and explore, our LGBTQ+IA youth therapy group is the perfect opportunity. Tricia Demasky, LCSW, ensures that each session is informative, empowering, and a source of inspiration for participants.

Your Journey of Self-Discovery Starts Here
