Empower Your Recovery: Eating Disorder Group Therapy for Adults

Welcome to the Adult Eating Disorder Group, a compassionate and empowering space dedicated to individuals aged 18 and above who are navigating the path of recovery from eating disorders.

A Path to Healing and Renewal

Eating disorders can present formidable challenges, impacting every facet of life. At the Adult Eating Disorder Group, we provide a safe haven for individuals to connect, heal, and flourish on their journey to recovery.

Guiding Your Journey

Led by experienced therapist Ashley Estes, LCPC, our group sessions offer a supportive environment where participants can openly share their experiences, gain insights, and engage in transformative discussions. Through a blend of support, therapy, and psychoeducation, participants can uncover the tools and strategies necessary for fostering a healthier relationship with food, body image, and self.

Strength Through Connection

Our group fosters a strong sense of community, allowing individuals to connect with others who share similar challenges and aspirations. Through mutual support, validation, and encouragement, participants can find the strength and inspiration needed to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting recovery.

Holistic Healing Approach

While individual therapy is not mandatory for participation, it is recommended to enhance the recovery journey. Our comprehensive approach integrates therapeutic guidance, psychoeducation, and peer support, addressing the intricate interplay of factors that contribute to eating disorders and their impact on mental and emotional wellbeing.

Reclaiming Your Wellbeing

The Eating Disorder Group for adults convenes every Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, providing a dedicated space for adults to connect, heal, and grow. Our objective is to empower participants to reclaim their wellbeing, cultivate self-acceptance, and develop positive coping strategies.
