Northern Light to expand its services at the Rock Row Health Campus
Portland, Maine — Northern Light Mercy Hospital plans to expand access to primary and cardiovascular care in one of southern Maine’s fastest-growing areas, with a new location at the
Rock Row Health Campus in Westbrook.
The site will bring together a new primary care practice and cardiology services, including on-site echocardiography and cardiac stress testing. By co-locating these services, the hospital hopes to make it easier for patients to receive coordinated care closer to home.
“Our goal is to make care more accessible and better connected for the people we serve,” said Marie Vienneau, president of Northern Light Mercy Hospital. “For many patients, especially those managing heart conditions, care doesn’t happen in just one place. Bringing primary care and cardiology services together at Rock Row means fewer trips, better coordination, and care that fits more easily into people’s lives.”
Demand for both primary care and cardiovascular services continue to grow across southern Maine. Rock Row Health Campus offers a centrally located setting with easy access for patients throughout the region via direct access from two interstate exits on I95.

Northern Light Mercy Hospital has leased approximately 10,408 square feet on the second floor of the Rock Row Health Campus. Clinical and space planning are currently underway, with a goal of opening in 2027. Additional details, including services and opening timeline, will be shared as planning progresses.
