Welcome Dr. Barrett, DO, Primary Care Physician

Northern Light Primary Care is pleased to welcome Julianne Barrett, DO, to our Clinton practice. She will be joining Alycia Allen, FNP, family nurse practitioner and Amethyst Arceo, DO. 

Dr. Barrett earned her medical degree from Rowan University of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey and completed her residency at Williamsport Family Medicine Residency (UPMC Susquehanna) in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Barrett is excited to provide primary care as well as dermatology, gynecology, and osteopathic manipulation services to patients. Her goal is to make office visits as comfortable as possible so patients feel like they can ask and tell her anything without feeling judged or embarrassed. “It is a most humbling and powerful experience to be able to walk with a person through their life’s journey and help them when they are most vulnerable. My role is to provide appropriate education and direction so that the patient can make well-informed decisions,” stated Dr. Barrett.

She loves being in nature – everything from hiking and kayaking to fishing and crabbing, as well as, birding and photography. She enjoys baking and finding small coffee shops/bakeries during her travels.
