Hospital Invests in Workforce with $17 Minimum Wage

We are pleased to announce that we are increasing our starting wage to $17 per hour (up from $15) at Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital in Pittsfield, and at Northern Light Inland Hospital and Northern Light Continuing Care, Lakewood in Waterville.

This will help us recruit and retain the talented people we need to provide the best patient care possible. We are always assessing staffing resources and market conditions, and we believe it’s important to continue to invest in our staff and ensure that we remain competitive.
