Fill a Prescription

For your convenience, there are a few ways to request an Rx to be filled at Northern Light Pharmacy:

Refills

1. Request your Refill Online     
2. Request your Refill via IVR on the Telephone by calling the Northern Light Pharmacy location of your choice – our automated system will guide you through the process of refilling your order and choosing a pick up/delivery method.

New Prescriptions:

1. Your healthcare provider can e-prescribe, fax or call in your new prescription to the Northern Light Pharmacy location of your choice – (be sure to let your doctor know the specific Northern Light Pharmacy location you want to pick the prescription up at so that it doesn’t get routed to the wrong store!)
   1. Note: We cannot accept any prescriptions that are faxed or called in by a patient – only a prescriber or a designated agent of the prescriber can fax or call in prescriptions. No exceptions.
2. Bring your hard copy prescription to the Northern Light Pharmacy location of your choice - we have five convenient Retail locations. You can choose to wait while we prepare your order, you can come back later when the order is ready** or you can ask for us to deliver/mail your prescriptions to you:
