Northern Light Mayo and CA Dean Hospitals are pleased to welcome new members to the Mayo and CA Dean Hospital Common Board of Trustees.

Troy-Brown.jpgTroy Brown is a healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of rural healthcare operations. As client services manager at the Chartis Center for Rural Health, Brown has spent the last several years advising state-wide rural networks on cost reduction, payor contract optimization, and market analytics. Prior to joining the Chartis Group, Brown was director of business services at CA Dean Hospital. Brown and his family live in Greenville.

Carla-Ritchie.jpgCarla Ritchie retired from L.L.Bean in February 2023 as a project leader after serving the company for nearly 25 years in information services, finance, operations, and customer service. She is currently a project manager for Portland-based ProSearch, Inc. Carla is a founding member and president of the Moosehead Regional Land Trust, a member of the Baxter State Park Advisory Committee, and a member of the Friends of Baxter State Park Board of Directors. She enjoys spending time at her camp in Rockwood.

The Common Board of Trustees is comprised of individuals that represent our diverse region and are fully committed to the communities and populations that CA Dean and Mayo Hospitals serve. The shared model of governance mirrors how Maine Highlands communities collaborate on education, public safety, and economic development.

“We are proud to welcome Troy and Carla to the Board,” says Randy Clark, President, Northern Light Mayo, CA Dean, and Sebasticook Valley Hospitals. “Their experience, leadership, and commitment to Piscataquis County will be invaluable as we look toward the future of healthcare in our region. We’re grateful for their willingness to serve.”
