Northern Light Health Center Milo is a part of Northern Light Mayo Hospital Rural Health Clinics. Northern Light Health Center Milo has received the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition (Level 3) for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term, participative relationships. Simply stated, patients have a better quality experience when they are listened to and involved in the care process and when providers work in teams to coordinate care and information. Our providers offer full spectrum primary care for the whole family.
If you do not yet have a primary care provider please contact our intake coordinator at 207-564-1224.
Our team of providers will partner with you and your entire family to provide the best possible, long-term health care. Whether you or a member of your family needs a routine check-up, treatment for minor illness or more comprehensive care, we take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, your healthcare background, and your health concerns.
Northern Light Health Center Milo offers a variety of services including adult physicals, well-child physicals, routine medical visits, chronic illness care, medicated assisted therapy, complete obstetrics care, minor skin lesion removals, endometrial biopsies, strep tests, pregnancy tests and blood draws. Counseling services are offered each week by a provider from the Mayo Hospital Counseling Program.
