Our team consists of highly trained, skilled, specialized professionals, including nurses – many of whom are certified in oncology care – Oncology trained pharmacists radiation therapists, physicists, nutritionists, clergy, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and patient advocates. Each plays a unique and important role to ensure our patients are supported throughout their cancer journey. In addition, we offer support groups and educational events, so you feel supported from diagnosis to last treatment and beyond.
Our service accounts representatives are able to answer questions regarding resources – transportation, lodging, and financial concerns – understanding how insurance works, cost of care, prior authorizations and reimbursement, and medication and financial assistance programs. They provide counseling, assist with getting copay assistance, and medicines at no cost, as well as help with disability applications.
We have a
Breast Cancer Advisory Board and several support groups for patients and families.
If you need resources, or if you would like to talk to someone, our social workers can help. Please call 207.973.7486.
