About us

Northern Light Continuing Care Lakewood is a 105-bed, continuing care center that includes three separate units, Alzheimer's/dementia care, long-term care and skilled nursing care, as well as rehabilitation services. We are affiliated with Northern Light Inland Hospital and Northern Light Health, and governed by a board of directors from the local community.
