Happy retirement to Lauren Morrison after 48 years in Inland’s Lab

We said farewell and happy retirement to Lauren Morrison today – after 48 years in the Lab with Inland! The Waterville Police Department help us give her a send off she won't soon forget!

As Lauren walked to her car, she was greeted by her Inland colleagues and Officer Linda Smedberg, who had her police car lights and sirens on full blast. The extra special attention was the Police Department's way to say Happy Retirement and thank you to Lauren for being part of their Citizen Police Academy for more than 24 years. Ride-alongs with Smedberg and other officers have been one of Lauren’s favorite activities outside of work.

We are going to miss Lauren at Inland as a devoted hospital and Lab champion, Inland’s informal historian, and an all-around nice human being! We've told Lauren to stop by often to say hello as we're not sure how we'll do without seeing her every day! 

Happy well-deserved retirement Lauren, your Inland family will miss you!
