“I am honored and thrilled to continue working with our exceptional Home Care and Hospice team,” shared Dr. Pastore. “We have the privilege of caring for individuals and families at vulnerable points in time. Our agency is composed of incredibly talented and hard-working team members throughout the state, and I am incredibly proud of the high-quality care we provide every day.”

“I am delighted to promote Dr. Pastore into this role, his patient-centric approach, compassion, and ability to collaborate with colleagues across the system and the state will enhance the care for this most vulnerable group of patients and their families,” said Suzanne Moreshead, SVP, Northern Light Health, and president of Northern Light Home Care and Hospice.
