Honoring compassionate care: grateful family's donation recognizes hospice nurses

For providing exceptional care and comfort during a difficult time, two Northern Light Home Care and Hospice nurses were recently recognized by a grateful family.

Through the Northern Light Health Foundation’s Honor Your Caregiver program, the family made a gift to the Home Care and Hospice Patient Care Greatest Needs fund in appreciation of Lucie Moisan, BSN, RN, lead nurse, and Ashley Peterson, RN, nurse.  

Northern Light Health Foundation and Northern Light Home Care and Hospice are so grateful for these nurses' compassion, professionalism, and the difference they make every day for our patients and families.

The Honor Your Caregiver Program gives patients and families the opportunity to express their gratitude to Northern Light Health staff members who have provided outstanding care by making a donation of any amount. Honored Caregivers receive a certificate, with every dollar raised supporting the patient care mission at the Northern Light Health member organization where the care was received.
