Northern Light Rehabilitation opens new location on Hammond Street

Bangor, Maine (July 13, 2022) — Northern Light Rehabilitation is pleased to announce the opening of its new location at 900 Hammond Street, Suite D. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy patients will still see the same familiar faces and receive the expert care they expect and deserve in this newly renovated building with convenient parking and updated equipment.

The new space, which opened July 11, boasts a total of 12,500 square feet—a 3,000 square foot increase. It also has a larger adult therapy gym with walled treatment bays, six additional private treatment rooms, a fully functional kitchen and bathroom for occupational therapy training, and larger pediatric rooms for more flexible treatment options.

The location also includes three team rooms to provide comfortable workspaces for up to 33 staff members, as well as two private rooms for telehealth appointments.
