Bangor, Maine – The team at Northern Light Neurosurgery and Spine is pleased to announce the addition of a new surgeon,
Kutluay Uluc, MD. Dr. Uluc earned his Doctorate degree from Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa School of Medicine in Turkey, and completed a Neurologic Surgery Residency at the Department of Neurological Surgery, University of Wisconsin Hospital. He completed one-year Skull Base Surgery, one-year medical Neuro-Oncology, and two-year Interventional Neuro-Radiology fellowships in Oregon Health and Science University.
