Hannah and Kati are helping our patients find their way back to wellness after cancer treatment, by providing individualized plans and referring patients to services that will help them thrive.

Hannah joined the Cancer Survivorship Program in October 2024. She previously worked as a primary care provider and cardiac nurse. Hannah completed both her Nursing and Advance Practice Nursing degree at the University of Maine in Orono. Hannah is passionate about offering a holistic approach to care while acting as an extension of both primary care and oncology. Her aim is to create a program that meets each survivor’s specific, personal needs.

Kati joined the program as the nurse navigator helping coordinate care for patients in survivorship. She completed her Nursing degree at Eastern Maine Community College in Bangor and has experience in pediatrics, primary care, and wound care. Kati looks forward to helping patients transition from active treatment to life after cancer.
