We are proud to recognize our latest DAISY Award honoree, Jill S., RN, CCRN-CSC, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. With 30 years of nursing experience and a wealth of knowledge, Jill is an incredible asset to our team. She is consistently motivated to learn new ways to improve patient care in our unit.

Jill's compassion for her patients is exemplary. She goes above and beyond to meet their needs, even if it means stepping out of her comfort zone. An example of Jill's outstanding care involves a family member who lost a loved one. Jill went out of her way to provide a memory box for the family member, collecting keepsakes to fill the box. She also took the time to groom the patient and provide emotional support to the family. Jill's kind and thoughtful gestures demonstrate her commitment to providing not only physical care but also emotional support to her patients and their families.

Jill's dedication is truly remarkable. Her positive attitude and support for her team make her an invaluable member of our community. She is a deserving recipient of the DAISY Award, and we are honored to recognize her for her exceptional nursing skills and compassion.
