CA Dean Hospital receives prestigious awards from Press Ganey
Northern Light CA Dean Hospital was recently recognized with 2022 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence and Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Awards by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. These awards are part of Press Ganey’s annual rankings of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.
These awards recognize CA Dean Hospital as one of Press Ganey’s top-performing clients across the nation due to patient experience results in the Emergency Department (ED). As a winner of the Guardian of Excellence Award, CA Dean Hospital’s ED scored in the top five percent of Press Ganey clients in patient experience in the past year. The Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes the ED’s outstanding performance for the past three consecutive years.
