Brad Gilbert

Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, Northern Light CA Dean Hospital

Brad Gilbert, MBA, BSN, RN, NRP, CEN, Vice President of Nursing & Operations, is responsible for all nursing and hospital department operations and assists with nursing projects and initiatives throughout Northern Light Health. Brad is passionate about coaching and mentoring staff to help them reach their greatest potential, with a focus on empowering every caregiver to provide the highest quality, most compassionate care.

Brad is a Certified Emergency Nurse and a Nationally Registered Paramedic and Licensed Paramedic in Maine.

Brad previously served as Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Educator, and Paramedic at CA Dean. Prior to joining the organization, he worked as a Paramedic, Staff Nurse, and in various leadership roles in Maine, Colorado, and Hawaii.

As a leader in the community Brad serves as Board President of the Moosehead Historical Society & Museums and is also a Board Member for Destination Moosehead Lake.
