Shining Support for Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital's Starlight Evening

Ann and Bill Rioux are champions of Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital. Over the past several years, the couples’ generosity has shown through with their incredible involvement with the hospital’s signature fundraising event, Starlight Evening. “Community is super important to us,” explains Ann. “Participating in the event has provided an opportunity for us to donate our time, expertise, and event space and now I hope to include advocacy in my focused work with the hospital.”

From a young age, Ann recalls her family’s strong ties to the hospital, including her grandparents who were hospital volunteers. Both Ann and Bill are committed to ensuring Blue Hill Hospital remains available for generations to come.  

“A huge part of why we do what we do is to encourage others to follow – to lead by example,” says Ann. “If we can do it – so can everyone else. Little check, big checks – they all matter.”
