FrontoTemporal Dementia Support Group of Bangor

Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) is a progressive neurologic condition that produces both cognitive and behavioral symptoms. Unlike most forms of dementia, FTD usually begins in midlife, while people are still working and often still have children in the home. Because their spouses tend to be younger than spouses of Alzheimer’s patients, they are dealing with different kinds of issues.

Meetings will take place virtually so you can join from anywhere in Maine to find the support you need.

This group meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 2 to 4 pm.
