Robin Caron, DO

Dr. Robin Caron was born and raised in rural northern Maine. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in biology and minors in chemistry and mathematics.

Dr. Caron went on to pursue medical school and a concurrent Master of Public Health at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed residency and fellowship training at UMass and is double board certified in general adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Caron worked in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, prior to returning to Maine in 2021 when she joined Northern Light Acadia Hospital Pediatric Outpatient Services Medication Management Clinic. 

She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and is particularly interested in medication management for different psychiatric conditions such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression and more. Dr. Caron is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the New England Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
