Vice President, Quality and Community Services, Northern Light Acadia Hospital

Brent ScobieBrent is vice president of Quality and Community Services for Northern Light Acadia Hospital. He is responsible for development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of quality, patient experience, and patient safety programs that promote a culture of high reliability and establishing and maintaining clinician standards by advancing outcome-informed, evidence-based therapy practices throughout the organization. He provides administrative oversight Acadia’s Community-based Services, Quality Department, Accreditation, Utilization Management, Patient Experience, Chaplaincy and Patient Rights. He is passionate about high quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
 
Brent shares his knowledge as a part-time faculty member at the University of Maine. Prior to working at Northern Light Acadia Hospital, Brent held clinical and administrative leadership positions across the Northern Light Health organization.
