What Are Your Resolutions for 2020?

Date: 01/01/2020

Each January, roughly one in three Americans resolve to better themselves in some way. A much smaller percentage of people actually make good on those resolutions.  This year, maybe just pick one and stick with it. Here are some ideas.

Lose weight. It’s one of the hardest resolutions to commit to, but if you plan for gradual success as opposed to overnight, it is attainable. Reconnect with old friends or family members. Research suggests people with strong social ties live longer.  Save money by making healthy lifestyle changes. Walk or ride your bike to work or exercise at home instead of at the gym. Reduce stress. Long work hours, little sleep, no exercise, poor diet, and not spending time with family and friends can contribute to stress which can negatively affect your overall health.

These are just some of the ways you can make this new year the best it can be.
