Associate Vice President of Facilities, Northern Light AR Gould Hospital

Grimmer_MichaelMichael Grimmer is the associate vice president of facilities for Northern Light AR Gould Hospital. In his role he is responsible for Facilities, Support Services, Safety, Security, Emergency Preparedness, and Supply Chain.

Michael is passionate about creating an environment that helps staff grow and creating quality work/life balance while also providing excellent services. He is also passionate about community involvement and helping those who are less fortunate. He has been on several community boards in his previous positions. He has also spent significant time in Haiti assisting the St. Boniface Haiti Foundation to establish health care facilities in Fond des Blancs, Haiti as well as implementing an alternative education program for Inuit students in Paulatuk, Northwest Territories, Canada.

Prior to joining AR Gould Hospital, Michael was the Director of Facilities for Northern Light Acadia Hospital. Prior to that, he worked at several other healthcare entities in New England.
