Cherri Fitzpatrick, MHA, MLT(ASCP), CPHQ is the vice president for Compliance, Risk, and Quality at Northern Light AR Gould Hospital
Cherri is responsible for Compliance, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Performance Improvement, Quality Reporting, Infection Prevention, Patient Experience, and Laboratory Services.
Professionally, Cherri is passionate about providing the highest possible care quality and experience for friends and family in Aroostook County. Personally, her family and friends are her passion, and she is in a new love-hate relationship with golf.
Cherri is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality; American Society for Health Care Risk Management; American Society for Clinical Pathology; and Health Care Compliance Association.
In her 22 years at AR Gould, she has had multiple including manager, Laboratory Services; director, Diagnostic Services; and director, Quality & Patient Experience. In addition, her leadership roles have extended to areas such as Pharmacy, Clinical Education, Change Management, Service Excellence, guest relations and volunteer services, and chaplaincy services.
