Daryl Boucher, EdD, MSN, RN is the vice president of operations for Northern Light AR Gould Hospital.

In his role Daryl is responsible for all operations at the hospital.

Daryl is passionate about change management, patient-centered care, and employee engagement.

He serves as a reviewer for OMNE Journal of Advanced Nursing and is a member of the National Association of EMTs (NAEMT).

Daryl has worked for the hospital for many years, with a break in service to teach full-time nursing and EMS courses while he continued his own education.

Cherri is responsible for Compliance, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Performance Improvement, Quality Reporting, Infection Prevention, Patient Experience, and Laboratory Services.
 
Professionally, Cherri is passionate about providing the highest possible care quality and experience for friends and family in Aroostook County. Personally, her family and friends are her passion, and she is in a new love-hate relationship with golf.

Jay Reynolds, MD is the president of AR Gould and a senior vice president of Northern Light Health. 

As president, Jay is focused on coordinating the services needed to care for all residents of Aroostook County. AR Gould is a key resource to Aroostook County, and he is committed to collaborating with others to improve the health, wellness, and lives of all County residents.

Prior to serving as president, Dr. Reynolds was the senior physician executive for AR Gould Hospital for several years. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the performance of the physicians and advanced practice professionals of AR Gould and advocating for effective and efficient medical care. He also previously served in the role of chief operating officer.

Dr. Reynolds is passionate about ensuring our patients get the quality of care they need and the quality of service they deserve.

In his leadership role Dr. Reynolds has served as a member of the Northern Light Health Board of Trustees. He also serves on the University of Maine Presque Isle Foundation Board.

Prior to serving as president and senior physician executive, Dr. Reynolds was a family medicine physician in AR Gould Primary Care.

Senior Physician Executive, Northern Light AR Gould Hospital

Justin White, MD, is the Senior Physician Executive here at Northern Light AR Gould Hospital. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the performance of the physicians and advanced practice professionals of AR Gould and advocating for effective and efficient medical care.

Dr. White has been a member of the Northern Light AR Gould medical staff since 2019, where he began as a member of the Hospitalist Team. In 2020, he accepted the Lead role for the team, and in 2022 he was promoted to Medical Director of the Medical Specialists. He has served as the Physician Advisor for Utilization Management and is also an adjunct professor for UNE.

He will continue in his current lead hospitalist role part-time and add the Senior Physician Executive duties.
