Inland Hospital Recognizes Let’s Go! Sites

Northern Light Inland Hospital would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the hard work of the Let’s Go! sites in northern Kennebec County during the 2019/2020 school year. Inland Hospital partners with the community to support health and wellness through the Let’s Go! program, a statewide initiative that helps schools, out-of-school programs, early care and education, school nutrition and healthcare practices maintain and improve student, caregiver, patient and staff wellness.

We are pleased to congratulate our Let’s Go! sites below for their continued participation and support of the health and well-being of the community despite COVID-19.

Let’s Go! is a multi-sector approach to community wellness, has a proven track record, and is based on research-based principles. The 5210 message, backed by science, includes the following daily habits:

       5     or more servings of fruits and vegetables

       2     hours or less of recreational screen time

       1     hour or more of physical activity

       0     sugary drinks, more water
