During the month of November, we want to recognize ALL of our staff who make a positive difference in the lives of the patients and families we serve.

  • Data shows home health visits can reduce the likelihood of hospital readmissions by as much as 25%.
  • It is estimated that home health providers will travel 8 billion miles to deliver services to their patients.
  • Approximately 12 million people in the U.S. require some form of home health care and more than 33,000 home health care providers exist today.
  • 90% of Americans want to age in place, and home care is the preferred method of health care delivery among the disabled, elderly, and chronically ill.
  • Home care costs less than hospitals or nursing homes, plus it allows you to stay in the comfort of your home with your loved ones.
  • Technology and telehealth are bringing care to those who are not able to get out and to those in rural areas.  This is the way of the future.
  • Don't let myths about hospice prevent you or your loved one from receiving proper end-of-life care. Hospice is about living.
