Christine Turner, RN, MA, CHPCA
Director of Hospice Care
Christine Turner, RN, MA, CHPN, CHPCA currently serves as the Director of Hospice Care at Northern Light Home Care & Hospice. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine School of Nursing and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University. Christine has over 25 years of diverse experience in home health and hospice from across the country, including 20 in clinical management. Christine currently holds certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing (CHPN) and is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA) as well. She holds membership in the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and serves on the Regulatory committee of NHPCO. She is an approved trainer for both HPNA and ELNEC (End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium). Christine has two children and lives in Hollis with husband Tom and two rotties. She is passionate about improving access to quality end-of-life care in Maine and serving with Mission of Love Community Orphanage in Africa.
