Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center
The Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Council (NREBPC) at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center guides and provides oversight for the implementation of nursing research, and evidence-based practice (EBP) projects that consider the integration of empirical evidence, clinical expertise, and target population preference.
The council will work with Quality Performance Improvement to synergize projects. Ultimately, the work of this council will result in ongoing promotion, education, implementation of current nursing research and EBP to provide quality outcomes, cost-effective patient care, and dissemination of work through conferences and publications.
To create a culture of awareness, inquiry, and empowerment for nursing research and EBP.
