The Clinical Research Center is the resource for all sponsored and non-sponsored research activities within the Northern Light Health communities. Our experienced staff provide support to investigators throughout Northern Light Health who have innovative ideas for clinical research. Our services include study design, competitive research grant applications, Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, education and training, research coordination services, research project management services, pre-award and post-award administration, data collection and database development, statistical support, and manuscript submissions. We also support all areas of clinical trial budgeting, contracting, management, and operations. The center maintains a database of principal investigators in multiple specialty areas and provides referrals to physicians for clinical trial research opportunities.
Northern Light Health’s Clinical Research Center helps to enhance the quality of care that patients receive by fostering a spirit of inquiry, reinforces the continual re-examination of practices and plans, and also serves as a recruitment tool to bring new health professionals to our organization.
