||Patient Account Rep or Senior Patient Account Reps responsible for patient account management including coding, claims submission, payment posting, issuance of refunds, payor interaction, denial management and other tasks as assigned related to the ambulance revenue cycle. Position requires flexibility, regular attendance, the understanding that position responsibilities may vary at times, the need to be receptive to additional responsibilities that may be reasonably assigned by the Supervisor and the knowledge that processes are subject to change per organizational growth.QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/GEC - Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) completion within one year and maintain certification thereafter. Prior experience/proficiency with ICD-10 Coding preferred.Senior Patient Account Rep additional qualifications: 3 yearspatient account experience
