Under the direction of the Director of 340B, the 340B Program Analyst is responsible for analysis of pharmacy medication overspend; review of 340B and GPO eligible transactions to make sure they are compliant with the 340B federal regulations; reviewing contract pharmacy transactions and purchases; and compliance auditing for all NLH 340b eligible hospitals and NL Pharmacy. This person will work collaboratively with the 340B team to help with compliance and growth opportunities for the NLH 340B pharmacy program.
Minimum Education Required:
Associates in Business, Finance, Management, or related area highly preferred.
If no degree than 3 years' experience in pharmacy, finance, auditing, or 340b required.
Minimum Experience Required: Experience working with medications or billing claims in a clinical or financial setting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient within Excel and other relevant software programs
- Ability to navigate patients EMR chart to gather information
- Ability to answer compliance related questions regarding work
- Demonstrate organization skills with strong analytic capabilities
- Occasional travel required
Work Environment:A busy, often times dynamic professional atmosphere.
Physical Requirements: Sitting for extended periods of time - 4 hours or more

•Completes yearly 340B education either by Apexus 340B on demand or attending an in person 340B University or Coalition when budget allows.
•Provides 340B education to Pharmacy staff and other staff as needed
•Builds and maintains optimal relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
•Provides reports, data, and financials regularly and on request in a timely manner
